Gyrotonic
In a Gyrotonic® session, you will find ways to unfold your body in a marvelous way and bring very powerful conditioning and awareness into movements that opens up many possibilities for your movement potential.
Assisted by the Gyrotonic® Pulley Tower you move in continuous, circular motions to generate energy, move the breath, and massage the body internally and externally.
Training
Gyrotonic began around 30 years ago by Juliu Horvath, an accomplished dancer and gymnast who today is still refining and inventing the techniques used by teachers all over the world.
At Sal Anthony's Movement Salon, we offer expert Gyrotonic® private instruction. We offer very reasonable rates on private instruction and classes.
Teacher Training
Whether you want to become a teacher or just deepen your understanding of Gyrotonic®, teacher training is a great opportunity to learn about the mechanics and the deeper principles of all the exercises.
Sal Anthony's Movement Salon's affiliated studios offer teacher training in Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis a few times a year.
