Tap into the vast reservoir of your creative energy with sensual and ethereal yet grounded movement. Learn balance and alignment, centering and opening techniques that give you concrete tools for feeling your fullest fluid presence, calm, centered and ecstatic amidst the total chaos around us.

Dance of Oneness®: Conscious Moving:

Sunday, March 4th, 2012

 

12:00-3:00pm

Learn the fundamentals of conscious movement at the core of Dance of Oneness, drawing from Sufi practice, the teachings of Gurdjieff, and the Chakra system. Explore the fusion of high energy passionate movement with sensual and peaceful embodiment of spirit. Find your ground and center between directed movement and total abandon and learn tools to maintain a peaceful engaged state regardless of circumstances.

(Open to people with a background in dance &/or movement and those who take the March 3rd workshop).
